Biographical Counselling
Biographical Counselling aims to assist people who are in a life crisis or who are wanting help with an area of concern in their biography. It offers a safe, protected, confidential space in which the richness and totality of human life as an interweaving of body, soul and spirit can be worked with and affirmed.
Through the dialogue between the inner and outer realities, we encourage clients to find the strength and confidence to take up life's tasks and responsibilities out of an understanding of freedom and responsibility
